ProdIntel is a competitive intelligence platform that monitors publicly available competitor websites and provides reports on changes. We scan pricing pages, feature lists, and other public web content.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Providing accurate account information
  • Complying with all applicable laws

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with other users' access to the service
  • Resell or redistribute the service without permission
  • Use automated systems to access the service excessively

5. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of your billing period. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

ProdIntel and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us. The competitor data we collect is publicly available information from third-party websites.

7. Limitation of Liability

ProdIntel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the settings page or by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
